Chrome "Heavyweight" Shorty Safety Razor

First, the razor is beautiful to behold. The design is sleek with covered end caps. The weight is hefty and creates a secure feeling in the hand. I would hesitate to call this razor aggressive but it is also not mild. It possesses a blade exposure that gives me great blade feel. Not feeling the blade in highly mild razors is when I tend to nick myself. Solidly built and a high quality efficient shave make this a razor I am proud to have in my collection.

This is a quality razor, very heavy and the fit and finish is fantastic, I’ve been trying out some of the more expensive razors and so far I have to say this one is probably the best razor I’ve used so far. It gave me an effortless 2 pass bbs shave with minimal clean up in my normal trouble spots. No buyers remorse after this shave related purchase

I needed a new DE razor and decided to give Tampa Shave's Chrome "Heavyweight" Shorty Safety Razor a try. It arrived this evening and I was extremely pleased with the quality and workmanhship of the Shorty. More importantly, it fit well in my hand and was an ideal weight. I had to try it ASAP and was pleased with how easily thoroughly it cut through my 5 O'CLock shadow. It offers a superior shave to my old Dreadnaught DE and the Shorty's full retail is about half the price of the Dreadnaught. If you are thinking about purchasing a DE razor or collect DE razors, give the Shorty a try. It is impressive and destined to become your "go to" razzor as it will be for me.

This is a beautiful razor with a nice heavy weight to it and protected edges on the cap that will both add to the performance of your shave. Because this razor is not too aggressive or too mild it is designed for a wide appeal! Also, the laser engraved logo adds a nice reminder of quality and attention to detail!

This razor has a nice weight and feels great in your hand. This is a bit in the aggressive side, so definitely take the test me to find which blade works best for you. Once you do you will be rewarded with a very nice effortless shave. Great finish and at an amazing price!
